Building Homes with a Servant’s Heart
Creating new home models is honestly one of the best parts of the building process. For starters, you start from a clean slate, creating something from scratch, and I can tell you that is an awesome feeling. I am a big believer in collaboration, so working with trusted partners is one of the most important aspects of creating the best plan possible. You would think that part would be a given, but you would be surprised how many times we as builders fall into the trap of doing things because “we like it” as opposed to “what do our clients like.”
I was lucky enough to be mentored by someone (who I go on record as saying is one of the best in the business) who taught me the concept of a “Servant’s Heart.” At the end of the day, we are lucky enough and should be aware enough to understand that we are here to serve. Sure…there are some features in each plan that are there simply because I like them, but for the most part, each plan is curated to the wants and needs of our clientele. Each plan takes into account the area we build, the demographic we service, and above all, an understanding that we are not simply building a house; we are building YOUR HOME.
The ZEN model, showcased in the community of Crimson at Chappelle, is something we created to best represent the community we are serving. At close to 2000 sq. ft., the Zen offers a main floor bedroom/den, with a full bathroom, with an open floor concept and open to below ceilings. The second floor features a large master bedroom with an additional two bedrooms. Capped off with two full bathrooms on the second floor and a large center bonus room, the Zen is sure to meet all of your family’s needs.
Zen, by definition, is a relaxed state of mind. With the ZEN model from One Horizon Living, we work to ensure that you and your family can enjoy your new home, stress-free, and build memories for years to come.
From our family to yours…welcome to the ZEN.
